He also worked for the Howard Brown Health Center and for the Chicago Department of Heath, and founded the Chicago Gay and Lesbian Hall of Fame. His collection is comprised of materials related to Chicago House and Social Service Agency, and includes board meeting minutes, patient care policies, financial records, correspondence, appointment diaries, and press clippings.
