Biographical / Historical

Lambda Resource Center for the Blind (LRC for the Blind) was an organization established in 1979 by Terry Gorman and Stephen Hunt. They recorded books and a quarterly audio magazine, “LRC for the Blind Quarterly,” containing articles from the gay media for distribution at cost to print handicapped people. They were affiliated with Gay Horizons, Inc. from 1980-1982.

Organized into 9 series with one series per folder. Folders are arranged by artifact-type, and are dated to reflect the artifacts and ephemera within. Arrangement of folders is alphabetized followed by duplicates and potential separations.
