Biographical / Historical
Joyce Bolinger was President of Gerber/Hart Library and Archives from 1995 – 1996. She was the Deputy Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs. She retired to Tucson, Arizona where she is active in the southern Arizona LGBT community.
